San Diego living is a brokerage founded on the notion that maybe, if we work and trust and care and learn - and most of all: if we dare - we can examine some of that “same-old” and together maybe we can find a better path.

These are the three tiers of San Diego Living Real Estate:  

1) SDL is owned and supervised by WORKING brokers, not bureaucrats.  Unlike paper-pushers who can only dispense sterile theoretical advise, SDL’s management works with their own clients and therefore know what’s going on down on the street - and how to help their agents be the best of the best.

2) San Diego Living is chartered to have a laser-like focus on ethics, customer service and all aspects of fiduciary responsibility.  That’s why no agent on the SDL Team has EVER been on the bad side of any disciplinary action.  We’re proud that we can point to any member of our team and say “There is a REALTOR I would want my Grandmother to work with.”  

3)  We believe in the compounding results of REAL teamwork.  In most brokerages with at least a dozen REALTORS, every REALTOR is furiously working on re-inventing something that one of his associates already did.  SDL’s unique spirit of teamwork and sharing helps ensure that our clients will be served as they need to be.
